1) Tell us a little bit about yourself and your family
Hi, I’m Olivia, I’ve been married to my wonderful husband Andrew for nine years and we have a three-year-old son named Oscar.
2) What do you enjoy doing for recreation?
I am a professional photographer and love spending my free time taking photos, reading a good book and exploring nature with my family.
3) How has Jesus changed your life?
Jesus is my life. From experiencing many challenging times and seeing what my life can become without Him, I’ve learnt that anything good about me, comes from Him and Him alone. I’m so thankful that my life now has meaning, purpose and direction all because of Jesus and the sacrifice of His own life, so I could be forgiven and free.
4) What’s your favourite Bible verse? Why?
Psalm 46:10 – “Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.” I love this verse because my life and my mind can often become a very busy place leading to me feeling overwhelmed, but this verse reminds me to slow down and rest in the awesome power of God and know that He has whatever is chaotic in my life, in His hands; He will be above any situation that I face.
5) What excites you most about helping launch Aura Church?
I am super excited because I recognise the huge positive impact it is going to have on the city of Aura for generations. I’m praying that God is going to use Aura Church as a tool to open eyes, set people free and help them come into a relationship with Him; an amazing creator God who really does change lives for the better.
